YES! Grad Night is a great place to get involved as soon as your child enters high school– and every year until graduation! We encourage parents of high school students in all grades to join us in this effort.

You can help in a variety of ways: volunteer to make food for our volunteers on the “Saturday work days,” prepare and serve food in the “Hospitality room” on party night, wait tables on party night, or serve food at the carnival.

There are many ways we can use your creative skills for Grad Night! We need fine artists to create signs and backgrounds, crafters to assemble table centerpiece, builders to create party props, seamstresses to make costumes, to name just a few!

Yes! The gym needs to be cleaned and prepared for the party the day before and day of the party. We need people to move props, sweep floors, and clean the gym out of “non-party” items before party time. The gym needs to be cleaned and all party props and tables cleared out the day after the party as well.

What are “Saturday work days?” 2014-07-13T00:51:11+00:00

“Saturday work days” are Saturdays where the SET DESIGN committee works on the projects they are creating for party props. Beginning in April, the group gets together at the high school every Saturday for a fun day of painting and building and general creativity. EVERYONE is welcome to help!

Some of the jobs are done before the party—like building the sets/party props and making table centerpieces. Many of these are done on “Saturday Work Days.” Some of the jobs are done the night of the party and only require your attendance until they are complete (like registering the kids when they arrive at the party). People who volunteer to help during the party work in several shifts throughout the night.

I love to paint and create, but I’m no Leonardo Da Vinci! Is there anything I can do to help with party props and décor? 2014-07-13T00:48:29+00:00

Absolutely! There are many jobs that require simple one-color painting, assisting others with assembling party structures, hanging fabric draping between sets, small and easy art projects, etc. You will have plenty of guidance! We welcome your help in this area!

You will only be asked to meet a few times a year and, for most jobs, that will be as we get closer to party day. After you have signed up to volunteer, you will be contacted with details about your job and any meetings. You are NOT required to attend the Executive Board meetings.

Join us at our OPEN HOUSE on October 27 at the high school. We will go over all the details of the party then! Look for meeting room and time on our web site and in the Falcon Flyer, as we get closer to the date.

Yes. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also use your checking account routing and account numbers to pay by echeck.  Just click on the logos displayed to continue the payment process.

Once your payment has been accepted, your student will receive an E-TICKET to email listed on his/her sign-up. This ticket MUST accompany the student to the party either in printed form or on an electronic device.

No. You will not receive a ticket until your payment has been accepted and you receive an email with a CONFIRMATION and your E-Ticket.

The email confirming your son/daughter’s ticket for Grad Night will be sent to the student email listed when he/she signed on to purchase a ticket. Please do NOT use school-assigned email addresses; they will not accept the “party ticket” messages. Use a personal email address only.

You may purchase up to 4 students with each transaction. A separate confirmation will be sent to each student email for all the students included in your transaction.

Yes. We appreciate the generosity of everyone in our community in helping make Grad Night a special occasion for all our graduates.

$110 per student.

Donations are used for party entertainment, décor, food, and other items related to putting together the Grad Night graduation party at CFHS.

I am having difficulty with my online ticket purchase, received an “error” message, or did not receive an email confirmation of my purchase. What should I do? 2015-07-25T21:52:55+00:00

Is there a deadline to purchase a ticket? 2015-08-13T08:54:51+00:00

January 17th, 2016 is the last day to purchase a ticket for 110.00. You will be assessed a 25.00 late fee after January 17. In order to accommodate our reservations for food and entertainment, ticket sales will end February 29. There will be no option to purchase a ticket after February 29, 2016.
